Tianle sets up a comprehensive test center for the purpose of best quality and also world-class manufacturing base. There are anechoic room, audition room, function test room, and three-dimensional machine etc.

   The anechoic room is the appointed Lab by Zhejiang provincial testing institute of electronic products, and also the only one that meet the all electric-acoustic technical parameters in Zhejiang. The The room volume is 1512 m3 , bottom acoustic noise is lower than 18dB , and the testing system is from B&K company of Danmark. The audition room is built based on the subject audition standard of IEC.

   Three-dimensional machine is imported from Germany, as a bridge-style with multi-control laser figure projective tester, it can create a subroutine for measuring the feature automatically with one of the sensors camera, probe or laser. Because of its accuracy and precision, it is widely applied in the measuring field of micro-acoustic products and the high-quality tools.

   We equip the following machines for the environmental testing and the reliability test: Test box with High and Low temperature, Test box with High temperature, Test box with invariableness temperature and Humidity, Salt-spray test box,vibrant and impactive test machine, tensile test machine, frequency tester and scanner , oscillograph, Oven with invariableness temperature etc.
